My Awkward Sexual Adventure to have U.S. premiere at Santa Barbara International Film Festival

My Awkward Sexual Adventure, written by, produced by and starring Jonas Chernick, will have its U.S. premiere at the prestigious Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Announced today, the film will screen as part of the Independant Features Competition, bowing on Friday, January 25th, 2013. The film was previously picked up for a stateside release by Tribeca Films, and was recently named one of the Top Ten Films of 2012 by the Toronto International Film Festival. Chernick, director Sean Garrity, producer Juliette Hagopian, composer Ari Posner and co-stars Emily Hampshire and Vik Sahay are scheduled to attend the festival in Santa Barbara.
